Our jewellery expert will review and get it repaired at no cost to you if there are any manufacturing defects.

What will void the lifetime warranty

• Any adjustments or work done to Luxsso products by an external source after purchasing the product will void the warranty.
• Customers shall be responsible for getting their items serviced annually to qualify for the lifetime warranty. There will be a small service charge for the cleaning and polishing. The warranty will be void if the product is not serviced yearly.
• The product is subject to external damage or trauma.
• Discolouration triggered by exposure to harsh chemicals, make-up, cleaning products etc.
• Prongs damage.
• Overtime wear. (gold is a soft metal by nature and, over time, may require building up).

Will Luxsso repair my product if it is not covered ?

Our jewellers will assess the product and send you the quote for repair for items that are not covered.
