The entire process from creating the design to choosing the diamond could not have been easier. They were amazing and educated us on how to choose our diamond and ensure we could get the most value from our selection. After 5 weeks(as it was a customised order) of placing our order, we were told the ring is ready for the delivery! The ring was still a teeny bit big but it only took the team few days to resize and return to me. But the overall experience was very smooth.
